Terms of Service

These terms apply to this public website and, where incorporated into an order or agreement, to Praxis Agentic services and subscription software.

Services

Praxis Agentic provides AI advisory, workflow integration, automation, assurance and related software tools. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, access rights and responsibilities for customer work are defined in the applicable proposal, order or written agreement.

Subscription access

Praxis Agentic Tools is currently offered directly to approved organizations through a managed onboarding process. Access is limited to authorized users and may not be shared outside the subscribing organization unless agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing lawful instructions and accurate information, maintaining account security, reviewing outputs before relying on them, and using the services in accordance with applicable law and their own professional obligations.

AI and automation

AI-generated or automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the services support human work and do not replace professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving material decisions and outputs.

Fees and taxes

Fees are stated in the applicable order or subscription checkout. The current pilot subscription is CAD $200 per month plus applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for taxes that apply to their purchase unless the law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

Praxis Agentic retains its pre-existing methods, software, templates, branding and general know-how. Customer ownership and licence rights for specific deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep services reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, reliability or product improvement.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement. Any limitation of liability applicable to a customer engagement will be set out in that agreement.

Termination

Either party may end a service as permitted by the applicable agreement. Subscription cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
